Returns & exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund to: Atelier Beside the Sea, 165 Kings Road Arches, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1NB (Except for non-returnable items - see list below).

Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch. We ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.

When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We will respond to you once we receive the return within 2 days and make any refunds promptly at that time.

Non-returnable items:

• Earrings (unless faulty)
• Food items
• Items produced bespoke
